In the framework of the task of “Assist in document preparation, printing, film making for the end of MDR-UUP”, under the component of project “Provide techical support for Ministry of Construction to implement National Urban Upgrading Program and coordinate to implement Mekong Delta Regional Urban Upgrading Project” sponsored by the World Bank. The joint venture between the Green Development Center (Green.DC) and the VTK Media Joint Stock Company has developed and published a number of communication publications for the propagation and review of the project.
